Pat was invited by Judge Drain who was hearing the Delphi Bankruptcy case to appear before him to present evidence
about the GM/Delphi spin-off and why iDelphi was never really a stand-alone company. He asked who she thought was really at fault and she told him GM. Pat is still pursuing this issue with the media.

Pat appeared at the Liquidation Motors Bankruptcy Court (old GM) via a court call. My request for
reimbursement for the cost of research for investigating GM's activities was denied.
